Yes. Registering, publishing your profile and being listed on IntimX are free, and IntimX takes no commission: you agree your rates and your meetings directly with your clients. No bank card or payment details are required.

The check is required before any profile is published: a member of our team reviews your identity document, checks that you are at least 18 years old and compares your face, on the selfie, with the photo on the document.

You submit:

• your first name, last name and date of birth;
• the front of an identity document: passport, identity card, Swiss foreign national permit (B, C, L or G), or a foreign identity document; one from a state outside the European Union and EFTA is not enough: in that case, submit your foreign national permit;
• a selfie: you hold the document next to your face, together with a sheet of paper on which you have written by hand the code shown on the page;
• if you wish, the back.

To work in this trade in Switzerland, foreign nationals law requires an authorisation: for a foreign national permit, the team also checks its type and its validity, and records its end date: we warn you by e‑mail before that date comes.

Your identity documents and your selfie are stored encrypted. Only an authorised member of the team consults them, and every consultation is logged. Your selfie is never published, nor compared with the photos of your profile. On the site, people see only the name you choose: the name and date of birth you give for the check, and your e‑mail address, are never used there. We do not promise a turnaround time: a person reviews every file, and you receive an e‑mail as soon as a decision is made. Meanwhile, you can complete your profile and add your photos; the file you submitted can no longer be changed.

If the file is refused, the reason shows on the “Identity” page of your provider area, and you can submit a new one, with a new selfie showing the new code the page gives you.

The team may also ask you for a new check, even after an approval: an e‑mail tells you, the reason shows on the same page, and your profile leaves the site until your new file is approved. You then publish it again from your provider area.

Through the contact details you give in your profile: a phone number, with “Reachable on WhatsApp at this number” ticked if it is, a Telegram username, or both. You need at least one to publish, and a published profile always keeps one: to remove the last, pause your profile first. A foreign number is accepted, written in international format, with the plus sign and the country code.

The visitor presses “Show the number” (“Show the contact” if you only give a Telegram username); the WhatsApp and Telegram buttons open the chat with a pre-filled message saying that they saw your profile on IntimX. There is no messaging on the site: you deal with each other directly.

Your provider area shows, under “Your last 30 days”, how many times your contact was requested (“Contact requests”), and “All your statistics” gives the detail, with your visits and where they come from. From the same internet connection, a visit or a request counts only once a day, and your own do not count while you are signed in.

Up to 20 photos, 12 MB at most each, in JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC (iPhone photos); you can upload several at a time. You choose their order: the first is the one seen in the lists. They are not required to publish, but they are recommended; your face is not required either.

Only publish photos you hold the rights to, in which every visible person is an adult and has consented, and that you are willing to show in public. What you allow us to do with them: see our terms of use.

Yes, at any time, from your provider area.

• Pause: your profile and your photos leave the site at once; you put it back online from your provider area, as long as it still meets the conditions for publication.
• Closing: you close your account by confirming with your password, and an e‑mail confirms it. Your profile and your photos leave the site at once, but nothing is erased for 14 days: come back whenever you like, through the link in that e‑mail or by signing in. After that, everything your profile showed is erased, with your photos. Only the address of your page stays reserved, so that no other profile takes it: it no longer leads anywhere. Your display name, your e‑mail address, your credentials and your identity file, selfie included, are destroyed later.

Before closing, you can download your data as a single file: your account, your acceptances of the texts and your sign-ins, your profile, the list of your photos, the list of the e‑mails we have sent you, your profile’s statistics, the moderation decisions, your referrals, your identity file and your duo profiles. Your profile must follow our terms of use:

• adults only;
• photos that show you, and photos and texts you hold the rights to;
• no contact details in your texts or on your photos: no number, no Telegram name, no link; the contact button gives them to the visitor who asks for them;
• no pornographic photos;
• no prohibited content.

The obligations tied to your activity remain your responsibility: those of your canton, such as registering with the authorities, and, if you do not have Swiss nationality, the permit to work in Switzerland or, for a national of the European Union or EFTA who has come for a short period, the notification made before starting. Every moderation decision is taken by a person, and a measure taken on your profile shows in your provider area, with its reason.
