Terms of Service

4.1 Account types

• Member — Browsing and interaction account. Free registration with automatic pseudonym.
• Provider — Professional account for adult service providers. Requires a display name and a paid subscription to publish a profile.
• Creator — Adult digital content creation account. Requires a display name.
• Establishment — Business account for physical venues. Requires a display name.

4.2 User obligations

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Any false information may result in suspension or deletion of the account.
• Use a valid and accessible email address, which will be used for account verification and essential communications.
• Choose a password of at least 10 characters and keep it confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• For professional accounts: choose a display name of 3 to 30 characters (letters, numbers, hyphens, dots, underscores only).
• Create only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts or identity fraud is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Account security

IntimX implements advanced security measures: device verification via OTP code when logging in from a new device, automatic lockout after 5 failed login attempts (15 minutes), a limit of 5 concurrent sessions and 5 trusted devices. You must immediately report any unauthorised use of your account to support@intimx.ch.

6.1 Members

Browsing the professional profile directory, private messaging, booking system (appointment scheduling), posting reviews and ratings, following profiles, subscribing to content creators.

6.2 Providers

Publishing a professional profile with service category (escort, massage, BDSM) and gender category (girl, men, trans, duo), photo and video gallery, rate schedule, availability, ephemeral stories (24h, reserved for Premium and VIP subscriptions), viewing statistics.

6.3 Creators

Publishing digital content with three visibility levels (public, subscribers, pay-per-view/PPV), managing monthly subscriptions at a price set by the creator (up to 5 tiers), receiving tips, photo/video albums with controlled visibility.

6.4 Establishments

Publishing a business profile with category (parlour, sauna, bar, club, agency, shop), map location, opening hours, gallery, and receiving customer reviews.

6.5 Nature of the Platform

IntimX is a listings hosting and digital content distribution platform. It acts as a host within the meaning of applicable legislation and is not a party to transactions, agreements or meetings between Users.

The booking system is an appointment scheduling tool made available to Users. It does not constitute a service contract between the Member and the Provider. IntimX does not guarantee the availability, quality or compliance of services offered by Providers or Establishments.

7.1 Content types

Users may publish the following types of content: posts (text + media), ephemeral stories (24 hours), photos and videos in galleries, private messages, comments, reviews and ratings. Each content type is subject to size limits detailed below.

You retain ownership of all content you publish on IntimX. By publishing content, you grant Artenic_ GmbH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and transferable licence, for the duration of your account plus 30 days after its deletion, for the purposes of hosting, displaying, distributing and promoting the content on the Platform.

This licence ends 30 days after the deletion of your account or the relevant content, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it. You may delete your content at any time from your account.

7.4 Adult content

The publication of erotic or sexual content is permitted on IntimX within the Swiss legal framework, subject to compliance with the prohibited content rules (section 8). Such content must be published by adults who have passed KYC verification and must depict only consenting adults.

8.1 CSAM Policy

IntimX applies absolute zero tolerance towards any child sexual exploitation material (CSAM). Any suspected content is immediately removed, the account is suspended without notice, evidence is preserved and a report is filed with the competent authorities (fedpol) in accordance with Art. 197 of the Swiss Criminal Code. Cooperation with international authorities (NCMEC, Europol) is ensured where applicable.

9.1 Reports

Any User may report content or behaviour that violates these ToS. Reports may concern a profile, a conversation, a message, a post, a comment, a story or a media item. Report reasons include: harassment, spam, fraud, fake profile, solicitation, suspicion of a minor, illegal content, inappropriate content, or other reason to be specified.

9.2 Processing priorities

• Critical (immediate) — CSAM, human trafficking, imminent threat — immediate processing with report to authorities
• High (24 hours) — Non-consensual content, serious harassment, confirmed fraud
• Normal (72 hours) — Spam, fake profiles, disputes between users

9.3 Sanctions

Depending on the severity of the violation, the following sanctions may be applied: warning, removal of the content in question, temporary account deactivation, or permanent ban. In the case of a serious violation (CSAM, non-consensual content, fraud), suspension is immediate and without notice.

9.4 Right of appeal

Any sanctioned User may contest the decision by contacting support at support@intimx.ch within 30 days of notification of the sanction. The request will be reviewed by a member of the moderation team other than the one who made the initial decision.

10.1 Provider subscriptions

Cancellation of a Provider subscription takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is issued for the remaining period.

10.2 Creator subscriptions

Creators freely set the price of their monthly subscriptions (up to 5 pricing tiers). The Platform commission is 10% of each subscription amount. The Creator receives 90% of the amount. Rates and commission terms may be changed with 30 days' notice.

10.3 Tips

Members may send tips to Creators in amounts ranging from 1 to 1,000 CHF. Tips are paid in full to the Creator (100%, no commission deducted). Tips are voluntary donations and are non-refundable.

10.4 Bookings

The booking system allows Members to schedule an appointment with a Provider. Available durations range from 15 minutes to 8 hours. The booking window is 30 days in advance, with a maximum of 5 pending bookings per Member. The booking is a contact tool and does not constitute a contractual commitment to provide a service.

10.5 Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. IntimX never stores your bank card data — it is processed exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI DSS certified. By using the payment features, you also accept Stripe's terms of service.

10.6 Currencies

The Platform's primary currency is the Swiss franc (CHF). Creators may also offer rates in euros (EUR) and US dollars (USD).

12.1 Termination by the User

Any User may request the deletion of their account from their settings. A 30-day grace period allows the request to be cancelled. After this period, the account and associated data are permanently deleted, with the exception of data subject to a legal retention obligation (accounting data 10 years) and KYC data retained 3 years for fraud prevention (legitimate interest). All active sessions (except the current session) are immediately revoked upon request.

12.2 Suspension or ban by the Platform

Artenic_ GmbH reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently ban any account in the event of a violation of these ToS, in particular in the case of prohibited content, fraudulent behaviour, or a breach of Platform security. In the case of a serious violation (CSAM, fraud), suspension is immediate and without notice. In other cases, the User will be notified of the decision and its reasons.

12.3 Inactivity

In the event of inactivity exceeding 24 months (no login), Artenic_ GmbH may proceed with account deletion after notification by email 30 days before the effective deletion. The User may cancel the deletion by logging in during this period.

12.4 Effects of termination

Termination results in the deletion of the public profile, revocation of all sessions, cancellation of active subscriptions (without pro-rata refund), and deletion of content after the grace period. Financial obligations prior to termination remain due.
