Terms of Use

Terms applicable to all IntimX users — members, providers and establishments.
1. Preamble
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the IntimX platform (hereinafter "the Service"), accessible at intimx.ch. The Service is published and operated by N.JULIEN, a natural person domiciled in Sion (VS), Switzerland, operating under the trade name Artenic (hereinafter "the Publisher"). The Publisher is not registered in the commercial register and does not hold a business identification number (UID). Full contact details are available on the Imprint page. By creating an account or using the Service, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their current version.
2. Definitions
Member: an adult natural person registered on IntimX as a directory user. Provider: an adult natural person registered on IntimX to offer escort, massage or BDSM services. Establishment: an entity (natural or legal person) registered on IntimX to list a salon, sauna, bar, club, agency or adult shop. User Content: any text, image, photograph or information published by a user on the Service (profile, gallery, messages). Subscription: a paid plan (Premium or VIP) granting access to enhanced features. KYC: an optional post-registration identity verification process, enabling a verified profile badge. Booking: a non-binding time-slot request sent by a Member to a Provider or Establishment through the in-platform messaging. A Booking is an expression of intent between users; IntimX does not arrange the service, invoice it or charge any commission. No service payment is processed by the platform.
3. Service Description
IntimX is a free online directory for adults in Switzerland. It enables: — providers to create a professional profile visible in the directory; — establishments to list their premises and services; — members to browse profiles, contact other users via the built-in messaging system and send time-slot Booking requests. IntimX acts exclusively as a technical host and matchmaking platform. IntimX does not participate in transactions, services or meetings between users. No commission is charged on exchanges between users. Booking requests transmitted through the platform constitute a non-binding expression of intent. Final terms (location, price, conditions) are agreed off-platform, directly between the parties; IntimX does not intervene in the delivery of the service. Paid subscriptions (Premium, VIP) relate solely to profile visibility and platform features, not to access to the directory itself, which remains free.
4. Access Conditions
The Service is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. In accordance with Art. 197 of the Swiss Criminal Code, an age verification gate is presented on first access. The user declares on their honour that they have reached the legal age of majority. During registration, members and providers must provide their date of birth. The system verifies that the user is at least 18 years old. The directory content targets Switzerland (26 cantons). Access to the site is not geographically restricted, but the listed services are located exclusively in Switzerland.
5. Registration and Eligibility
Registration is open to any adult natural person (member, provider) or entity (establishment) with a valid email address. Data required at registration: — Member: email address, password (10 characters minimum), date of birth. — Provider: email address, password, date of birth, category (girl, men, trans, duo), service type (escort, massage, BDSM). — Establishment: email address, password, category (salon, sauna, bar, club, agency, shop). A verification email is sent within 24 hours of registration. The account remains inactive until the email address is confirmed. Identity verification (KYC) is offered after registration as a voluntary process. It enables a "verified" badge on the profile. IntimX reserves the right to make KYC mandatory for certain user categories.
6. User Account
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials (email address and password). Any activity carried out from your account is presumed to be your doing. The password must be at least 10 characters long. It is hashed using the Argon2id algorithm and is never stored in plain text. Compromised passwords (listed in the HIBP database) are rejected. After failed login attempts, progressive lockout is applied (15 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours). Beyond that, unlocking requires administrator intervention. You may enhance your account security by enabling security key authentication (Passkey / WebAuthn). If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support@intimx.ch immediately.
7. User Content
By publishing content on IntimX, you represent and warrant that: — you are the author or hold the necessary rights for publication; — the content does not infringe third-party rights (right of likeness, intellectual property); — any person appearing in photographs has given consent and is of legal age. Accepted content types: — Text: display name, biography, service descriptions, rates. — Images: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC formats. Maximum size: 8 MB per file. Maximum count: 8 (free), 30 (Premium), 100 (VIP). — Messages: internal messaging, 5,000 characters maximum per message. You retain intellectual property rights over your content. By publishing it, you grant IntimX a non-exclusive, worldwide licence for the duration of your registration, for the purposes of display, indexing and promotion of the Service.
8. Prohibited Content and Legal Obligations
The following are strictly prohibited on IntimX: — Any content involving minors or suggesting their involvement (Art. 197 Swiss Criminal Code); — Any content related to human trafficking or exploitation (Art. 182 Swiss Criminal Code); — Any content promoting violence, coercion or intimidation; — Advertisements for services that are unlawful under Swiss law; — Spam, scams, identity theft (Art. 146 Swiss Criminal Code); — Publishing third-party personal information without consent; — Discriminatory content within the meaning of Art. 261bis Swiss Criminal Code. Providers operating in a canton with specific regulations (LProst GE, LPSPM VD, PGV ZH, etc.) are solely responsible for compliance with the cantonal obligations applicable to their activity (registration, declaration, health checks). IntimX cooperates with the competent authorities in the event of reports relating to the exploitation of minors, trafficking or any criminal offence. Urgent reports are processed within 24 hours via legal@intimx.ch.
9. Subscriptions and Pricing
IntimX offers paid subscriptions to providers and establishments. Browsing the directory remains free for all users. Current pricing: Providers: — Premium: CHF 49 for 30 days (gallery up to 30 photos, multi-canton visibility, analytics). — VIP: CHF 119 for 90 days (gallery up to 100 photos, highlighted in results, VIP badge, priority support). Establishments: — Premium: CHF 99 for 30 days (up to 5 locations, 30-photo gallery, analytics). — VIP: CHF 199 for 30 days (up to 20 locations, 100-photo gallery, highlighted listing, priority support). All amounts are in Swiss francs (CHF), net, without VAT (the Publisher is not subject to VAT under Art. 10 VATA). The subscription takes effect upon payment confirmation and expires automatically at the end of the subscribed period. There is no automatic renewal: renewal is manual. IntimX reserves the right to modify prices. Any modification will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Current subscriptions are not affected by price increases.
10. Payments
Payments are processed by the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe, Inc.). IntimX does not collect, store or process your credit card data. The entire payment process is secured by TLS encryption. Payment is made as a one-time charge at the time of subscription. No recurring charges are made. In the event of a payment failure, the subscription is not activated and no amount is debited. You are notified of the failure by an on-platform notification.
11. Refunds
IntimX subscriptions provide access to digital features activated immediately after payment. In accordance with Art. 40e(4) CO (Swiss Code of Obligations), the right of withdrawal is excluded once the service has begun with your express consent. No refund is granted for: — a partially used subscription; — an unused subscription by the user's choice; — an account suspension or ban for violation of these Terms. A refund may be granted on an exceptional basis in the following cases: — a proven technical error preventing access to the service for more than 72 consecutive hours; — unintentional double billing. Any refund request must be sent to support@intimx.ch within 14 days of payment.
12. Intellectual Property
The IntimX brand, logo, site design, source code and all graphic and software elements are the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected under Swiss law. Content published by users remains the property of their respective authors. The licence granted to IntimX (Art. 7) terminates upon content deletion or account closure, subject to legal retention obligations. Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation of the Service or its content without the written authorisation of the Publisher or the relevant author is prohibited.
13. Moderation and Reporting
IntimX has a reporting system allowing any user — registered or not — to report problematic content or profiles. Report categories: harassment, spam, scam, fake profile, solicitation, suspected minor, illegal content, inappropriate content, other. Following a report, the moderation team may take the following actions: — warning the user concerned; — removal of the reported content; — temporary account suspension; — permanent account ban. IntimX reserves the right to suspend or ban any account without prior notice in the event of a serious violation of these Terms, particularly in cases involving minors or trafficking.
14. Liability
IntimX acts as a technical host and matchmaking platform. As such: — IntimX does not control, validate or guarantee the accuracy, legality or quality of profiles, listings or content published by users; — IntimX is not a party to any transaction, service or meeting between users; — IntimX disclaims all liability for the consequences of any meeting or transaction between users. The Publisher's liability is limited, to the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, to the amount of subscriptions actually paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the triggering event. The Publisher shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, data or opportunities. The Service is provided "as is". The Publisher endeavours to ensure continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Termination and Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account at any time from your account settings. The request requires entering your password and a confirmation word. A 30-day grace period applies. During this period: — your account remains accessible; — you may cancel the deletion request; — your other sessions are revoked as a security measure. After the 30 days, the account is permanently closed. Your personal data is retained in accordance with legal obligations: — identity data: 3 years after closure (nFADP Art. 31(1)(c)); — transaction data: 10 years (CO Art. 958f). IntimX reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of these Terms, without prior notice in the event of a serious violation.
16. Amendments to the Terms
The Publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Registered users will be informed of any material amendment by email or on-platform notification, at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. In the event of disagreement, the user may terminate their account in accordance with Article 15. Previous versions are available upon request at support@intimx.ch.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, to the exclusion of conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Canton of Valais, subject to the mandatory jurisdiction provided by Swiss law for consumer protection (Art. 32 CPC).
18. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is declared void or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Publisher's failure to exercise a right provided by these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Publisher concerning the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreement.
