Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms”) govern access to and use of the IntimX platform (hereinafter “the Service”), accessible at intimx.ch.

The Service is published and operated by N.JULIEN, a natural person domiciled in Sion (VS), Switzerland, operating under the trade name Artenic (hereinafter “the Publisher”). The Publisher is not registered in the commercial register and does not hold a business identification number (UID). The Publisher’s contact details are given in the Imprint; the full postal address is provided without delay upon any written request to legal@intimx.ch.

A provider accepts these Terms by ticking the box at registration; a visitor finds them at the foot of every page.

Visitor: any person who browses the Service without an account.

Provider: an adult natural person registered on IntimX to present their escort, massage or BDSM services.

Profile (or profile page): the public page of a provider, with their texts, their photos and their practical info. A duo profile brings two providers together (Art. 7).

User content: everything published on a profile, a duo profile included: display name or name of the duo, headline, introduction, locality, languages spoken, practical info (rates, hours, absences, meeting place, services, means of payment), means of contact and photos.

Provider area: the part of the Service reserved for the signed-in provider, where they manage their account and their profile.

Identity verification: the examination, by a member of the team, of the provider’s identity and of their being of age; it is mandatory and precedes any publication.

Team: the people the Publisher entrusts with operating and moderating the Service.

IntimX is a free profile publishing platform intended for adults, for Switzerland. The Service allows:

• providers to publish a profile, visible in the site’s lists;
• visitors to browse profiles and to contact providers directly, by phone, WhatsApp or Telegram, through the means each profile states. A number or a Telegram name is shown only to the visitor who asks for it. WhatsApp and Telegram are third-party services: their terms apply as soon as you open them.

IntimX publishes the profiles that providers write: it receives no calls or messages for them, neither takes nor passes on any appointment, and neither rents out nor provides any premises. IntimX takes part in no service, transaction or meeting between people, organises no service, does not set its price, does not collect it and receives no commission. The provider states their terms on their profile (rates, place, hours, means of payment); the people agree on them directly between themselves, outside the Service. IntimX has no messaging, no booking and no online payment.

Registration, publishing a profile and browsing are free. No payment goes through the Service and no banking data is collected.

IntimX counts the audience of each profile (Art. 9); the privacy policy says how.

The Service is reserved for adults (aged 18 or over). An age confirmation is requested on first access: you declare on your honour that you are of age.

For identity verification, providers submit their date of birth, an identity document and a selfie in which they hold this document, with a four-digit code that the page gives them. The Service refuses outright a date of birth showing an age under 18, and a member of the team examines the document and the selfie before any publication. The account of a minor is closed (Art. 12 and 14).

Profiles present services in Switzerland: each profile states a Swiss locality. Access to the site is not limited to Switzerland, but each provider can hide their profile from visitors in ten countries at most, never Switzerland (Art. 9).

Registration is open to any adult natural person who has a valid e‑mail address and wants to publish a provider profile. It asks for an e‑mail address, a password of at least 12 characters, a display name, and acceptance of these Terms. The display name is chosen once and for all; it may contain no link, no address and no phone number, nor pass itself off as the Service, its team or an authority. A single connection can attempt only five registrations a day.

Registration sends an e‑mail to the address given. For a new account, it is the welcome e‑mail, with the link to confirm the address, valid for 24 hours. The provider enters their area, with their address and their password, only once this link has been opened: before that, sign-in responds to them as it would to wrong credentials. A new link is sent to them when they sign in with the right password, or is requested on the page given in the confirmation e‑mails, at least 60 minutes after the previous one and at most three times per 24 hours. An address mistyped at registration cannot be corrected: the provider creates a new account with the right address. An account whose address is never confirmed is erased 30 days after registration (privacy policy, Art. 17). A confirmed address is changed only by the team, at the request of its holder (Art. 6).

The type of service (escort, massage or BDSM), the category (girls, men or trans; a duo profile is created by two people, Art. 7), the locality and the rest of the profile are then filled in from the provider area. A profile can be published only when:

• the e‑mail address is confirmed;
• the identity is approved;
• the profile states a locality, chosen from the official list of Swiss localities, a service, a category and a headline;
• it gives at least one means of contact: a phone number or a Telegram username.

A duo profile can be created and joined only with a verified identity. It is published only when the e‑mail addresses of both its members are confirmed and their identities approved, when it states a locality, a service, a headline and a means of contact (its category is “duo”), when the two accounts are linked, when our team has seen both their identity files and said that they are two people, and when each member has accepted it as it stands and put it online.

A published profile always keeps a means of contact. The provider publishes their profile from their area, whenever they wish. The address of a profile’s page comes from the display name, that of a duo profile from its name; it can be changed as long as the profile has never been published, and no longer changes afterwards.

You alone are responsible for keeping your credentials (e‑mail address and password) confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is presumed to be yours.

The password has at least 12 characters; it is hashed with the Argon2id algorithm and is never kept in clear text. You change it in your area, on the “Account” page, by giving the old one: your other devices are then signed out, and an e‑mail confirms it to you. If you have forgotten it, a link valid for 60 minutes lets you choose a new one; only the latest link received works, and a new password closes all your sessions.

After 10 failed attempts in a row — when signing in, or when confirming your password in your area — sign-in to your account is blocked for 15 minutes, and an e‑mail warns you of it. Choosing a new password lifts this block.

A confirmed e‑mail address is changed by the team, at your request, on one of these two proofs: a written request sent from that address to privacy@intimx.ch; or, if you no longer have access to that mailbox, a new identity file, which the team asks you to submit and which it approved less than 30 days earlier — your profile leaves the site until this approval, then you publish it again, as after any new verification (Art. 12). A confirmation link is then sent to the new address, and your open sessions are closed: you sign in again once the new address is confirmed. The old address receives an e‑mail announcing the change, without stating the new one.

If you have any doubt about an access to your account, change your password, then write to support@intimx.ch.

By publishing content on IntimX, you declare and warrant:

• that you are the author of this content or hold the rights needed to publish it;
• that it does not infringe the rights of third parties (image rights, intellectual property);
• that every person visible in your photos is an adult and has consented to their publication.

Accepted content:

• Texts: display name or name of the duo, headline, introduction, and the practical info chosen from lists.
• Photos: JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, 12 MB at most per file, 20 at most per profile. Their hidden metadata (location, device, date) is removed as soon as they are uploaded. Photos are not required to publish, and neither is your face.

You keep ownership of your content. By publishing it, you grant IntimX a non-exclusive, free and worldwide licence, until its removal from the Service, to display it on the Service — in the site’s lists, on the home page, under “You may also like” and in the site’s search — and to let search engines index it, unless you choose to withdraw it from them (Art. 9). IntimX does not use your photos outside the Service: the preview of a shared link shows IntimX’s image, never your photo.

Duo profile: two provider accounts, each member with their identity verified before creating or joining it. One member creates it and chooses a name for it, once and for all, under the rules for the display name (Art. 5), then invites the other member with a code; the other member reads it as it would be published and accepts it from their area. It comes in addition to each member’s own profile, which does not change, and one can be part of only one duo at a time. It is online only as long as both identities remain verified, both accounts remain linked and both members want it. Each member can modify it; each modification takes the duo off the site until the other member accepts it; a photo added is public only once accepted by the other member; each member can at any time remove a photo from it or pause it. Each member can leave it at any time: it then ends and leaves the site at once, and its texts, its photos and its statistics are erased 14 days later, at once if it was never linked. You answer for what you write or accept in it.

Your profile must be accurate and present you yourself: your photos show you, and no one other than you is recognisable in them, except, on a duo profile, the other person of the duo, who has accepted it. The services you list correspond to your category; the rates you state are those you actually charge.

No contact details in your texts or on your photos: no phone number, no Telegram name, no link, no logo of another site. Your means of contact are given in the fields provided, which the Service shows only to the visitor who asks for them. These means of contact are yours, and you are the one who answers: a number or an account held by another person, an agency or a salon is not accepted; on a duo profile, they are those of one of its members.

A profile presents one person, or the two of a duo profile, never an establishment: it names no salon, no agency and no premises.

The following are strictly prohibited on IntimX:

• any content involving minors or suggesting their involvement (Art. 197 para. 4 and 5 SCC);
• any content related to human trafficking (Art. 182 SCC) or to the exploitation of the prostitution of others (Art. 195 SCC);
• pornographic photos: a sexual act, or exposed genitals;
• any content that glorifies violence, coercion or intimidation;
• advertising services that are unlawful under Swiss law;
• spam, fraud (Art. 146 SCC) and identity misuse (Art. 179decies SCC);
• publishing another person’s contact details or photos without their consent;
• discriminatory content within the meaning of Art. 261bis SCC.

You alone are responsible for the authorisations and notifications your activity requires: those of your canton and your municipality (for example in Geneva, in the canton of Vaud, in Ticino or in the city of Zurich) and, if you do not have Swiss nationality, the residence and work permit or, for a national of a European Union or EFTA state who comes to work as a self-employed person for a short period, the notification made before starting, which foreign nationals law requires. By publishing your profile, you declare that you have them. IntimX verifies your identity and your age and, if your identity document is that of a state outside the European Union and EFTA, your foreign national permit, whose end date the team records: an e‑mail warns you 30 days, then 7 days before that date. Submit your new permit as soon as you have it: your profile stays online while the team looks at it. Without a new permit on the expiry date, the team asks you for it through a new identity verification: your profile then leaves the site, and you put it back online once the new file is approved (Art. 12). A new permit that is refused leaves the old one valid until its end date; you can submit another one. IntimX does not verify the other authorisations. The team may suspend or remove a profile when it learns that an authorisation is missing (Art. 12).

IntimX cooperates with the competent authorities in the event of a report relating to the exploitation of minors, to trafficking or to any other criminal offence. An urgent report can also be sent to legal@intimx.ch, which handles it as a priority.

A published profile appears in the site’s lists of its category, its service, its locality and its canton, and in the site’s search; it may also appear on the home page and under “You may also like” on other profiles, and, for a few days, in a “Highlighted” band at the top of its list (Art. 9 bis). It is public: search engines may show it in their results and keep a copy of it for some time after its removal.

Pause: you take your profile off the site at any time, and put it back online from your area if it still meets the conditions for publication.

Absence: you state dates, 90 days at most; your profile leaves the lists during that time, its page stays online with the return date, then it comes back to the lists on its own.

Hidden countries: you can hide your profile from visitors in ten countries at most, never Switzerland; from those countries, your page answers like a page that cannot be found. The country is deduced from the visitor’s connection: a VPN changes it, and search engines explore the site from other countries. As soon as a country is hidden, an option also asks search engines to show neither your profile nor your photos.

A duo profile is automatically hidden in the countries where you hide your own profile and in those where the other member hides theirs, and it leaves search engines if your profile or theirs has left them; the other member does not see your countries, but may notice them.

Statistics: your area shows you, per day, the visits to your profile, the contact requests by means of contact, the openings of WhatsApp and Telegram, the shares, where the visits come from and in which language the site was being read. These are estimates: a single connection counts once a day, your own visits do not count when your session is open, and the calls and messages that follow are not measured. They never say who visited your profile. IntimX promises no number of clients.

Any person who has a profile online — their own, or a duo profile of which they are a member — receives an invitation link and code. The link and the code serve only to invite a person who already works in the trade, never a person who does not, or no longer does. They are sent to one person at a time, and are never published on a social network, a forum, a group or a mailing list. IntimX never sends the invitation in that person’s place. A pause does not deactivate them; a suspension or a removal of that person’s own profile, or the closure of their account, deactivates them.

The invited person registers through this link, or by typing the code in the registration form. They count once, at the first publication of a profile in which they appear, their own or a duo profile, after their identity has been verified by a member of the team. Only the person invited directly counts, never those they invite in turn.

When they count, each of the two people receives 3 highlight days: the invited person always; the person who invited them if that person’s account is open and no suspension or removal weighs on that person’s own profile — a pause does not take the days away — at most 6 times in 12 months, and never when it is a duo profile formed with that person that makes the invited person count. These days are to be activated within 180 days. Neither this period nor this number of days changes to the detriment of days already received.

A highlight places a profile of the person who holds these days — their own, or a duo profile of which they are a member, without the other member’s agreement being needed — in a “Highlighted” band. The band is at the top of the list of its locality and its category, on the first page and in the default order; if the locality has fewer than 4 profiles of its category, it is at the top of the list of its canton and, if the canton also has fewer than 4, of the list of all Switzerland. A band has one place for 4 profiles of its list, 3 at most. The list, its order and its number of profiles do not depend on it. When the band is full, the date of the next place is given, and the days remain acquired; days that would expire for lack of a free place are extended until 14 days after the next free place.

A pause, an absence, a change of locality or category, or a removal from the lists by the team for a correction stop a highlight and give back the whole days that remain. A measure by the team (a suspension or a removal of the profile), a profile returned to draft for lack of an approved identity, or the closure of the account stop it without giving anything back.

In the event of fraud (a fake account, a usurped identity, an invitation of oneself), the team takes back the invitation and the unused days of both people, and stops a highlight under way. If an invited person is a minor, the team takes back the invited person’s days; for the person who invited them, it looks first, then may take back the days that this invitation gave that person. These decisions are taken by a person, never by an automated system.

The person who invites sees how many invited people have published their profile and count for that person, never their name or their registration. Their title (“Ambassador”) and their stars (for 1, 3 and 5 invited people who have published) can be read in their area, never on their profile. The page their link opens shows their display name and their title only if they have chosen to show them, never their stars.

The programme never gives money; the days it gives cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred.

If the Publisher ends the programme, it announces it 30 days in advance (Art. 15): an invited person who publishes during that time still counts, and the days already received remain valid.

Registration, publishing a profile and browsing the Service are free. IntimX charges no commission, processes no payment and collects no banking data.

The IntimX brand, the logo, the site’s design, the source code and all the graphic and software elements of the Service belong to the Publisher and are protected by Swiss law.

The content published by a provider remains their property. The licence granted to IntimX (Art. 7) ends when this content leaves the Service — removed by you or by the team, or erased after the closure of your account (Art. 14) or the end of a duo profile (Art. 7) — subject to the copies that the backups keep until they expire, and to a preservation for an authority, which the privacy policy describes.

Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation of the Service or of its content without the written authorisation of the Publisher or of the author concerned is prohibited.

Any person, registered or not, can report a profile from its page, once a day per profile from a single connection, by choosing a reason: fake profile or stolen photos, minor, prohibited contact details or content, illegal activity, other. A report concerning a minor or an illegal activity is received even after another one, within a daily limit. A report never removes a profile on its own: a member of the team examines it. A report for a minor or an illegal activity, or whose words suggest a minor or trafficking, is brought to the team’s attention at once. The reported person never knows who reported them.

The team verifies the identity and the age of majority of the person who holds each account before any publication (Art. 4), and examines the profiles reported to it. It does not review each photo, text or practical info in advance.

The team may take the following measures, each with a reason taken from a closed list, which you read in your area, in your language, together, where applicable, with a note from the team; an e‑mail announces each measure to you, without its reason (a measure on a duo profile that has already ended can be read only in your area):

• the warning: your profile stays online; a point needs correcting;
• the suspension: your profile leaves the site until the team lifts it, when the point is resolved. When you correct your profile or your gallery, the suspension goes back before the team, which lifts or maintains it. A suspension for a doubt about age comes with a new identity verification;
• the removal of the profile: your profile leaves the site; the team lifts the removal only to correct an error on its part.

While a suspension or a removal weighs on your profile, your duo profile also leaves the site, and you can neither create nor join a duo. While a suspension or a removal weighs on a duo profile, even one that has ended, neither of its two members can create or join another duo. A duo profile for which the team cannot establish that it brings together two people is suspended for fraud.

A lifted measure puts your profile back online if it was published and still meets the conditions for publication (Art. 5). A measure lifted on a duo profile returns it to draft, and its members put it back online from their area.

Without taking a measure, the team may also remove a photo, with its reason; take your profile off the lists until it is corrected, with its reason; correct the service, the category or the locality of your profile (of a duo profile, the service or the locality: its category never changes); ask you for a new identity verification: your profile, and your duo profile, then leave the site and return to draft, and you put them back online once the new file is approved and, for the duo profile, after a new look by the team at both files (Art. 5). Each of these actions is announced to you by e‑mail, without its reason, except on a duo profile that has ended.

Lastly, the team may close an account (Art. 14), in particular that of a minor, or in the event of fraud or of a serious breach of these Terms, without notice.

Every decision on an identity verification (the team’s look at a duo profile included), on a measure or on a closure by the team is taken by a person, never by an automated system.

IntimX publishes the profiles that providers write. As such:

• the team verifies the identity and the age of majority of the person who holds each account before any publication, and examines the profiles reported to it; it guarantees neither the accuracy of the photos, texts and practical info, nor the quality or legality of the services;
• IntimX is not a party to any service, transaction or meeting between people;
• IntimX is not liable for the consequences of a meeting or a transaction between people.

Nor is the Publisher liable for indirect damage, or for loss of income, data or opportunities. These limits do not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence on the part of the Publisher.

The Service is provided “as is”. The Publisher endeavours to ensure its availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You can close your account at any time, from the “Account” page of your area, with your password and by ticking a confirmation box.

• At once: your profile and your photos leave the site, your sessions are closed, and an e‑mail confirms the closure to you.
• For 14 days: nothing is erased. You can come back through the link in that e‑mail, or by signing in with your password: your account and your profile await you as you left them.
• After 14 days: your profile, its practical info, your photos and your statistics are erased, and the closure can no longer be cancelled.
• 30 days after closure: your e‑mail address, your credentials and your identity file are destroyed, and your display name is replaced by “Account closed”.

If you are a member of a duo profile, it also leaves the site, and comes back to it if you reopen your account during the grace period; once the closure is final, it ends and is erased, with what the other member wrote and added to it.

The following then remain, without your e‑mail address, for 10 years after closure, then are erased or anonymised, unless proceedings are pending: the address of your page, which may contain your display name, reserved during that time so that no other profile takes it; the proof that an identity verification took place and was decided; the proof of your acceptance of these Terms; the reports received and the measures taken; the lines of the audit and event logs. The privacy policy gives the details and the periods, backups included.

The team may close an account in the cases of Art. 12, without notice. A closure by the team takes effect at once and for good: the profile and the photos are erased without a grace period, sign-in is refused, and the account cannot be reactivated. It is announced to you by e‑mail, except when it occurs at the request of the authorities or because the person might be a minor. In these two cases, and at the request of a Swiss criminal authority, a copy of the account’s data is kept for a limited time, as the privacy policy describes.

The Publisher may also end the Service, or an account without a breach, by announcing it by e‑mail 30 days in advance; your data then follows the rules of this article.

The Publisher may amend these Terms. Any amendment is announced by e‑mail to the holders of an open account, at least 30 days before it comes into force; only a correction of form, which changes neither your rights nor your obligations, may come into force without this notice period. If you continue to use the Service after that date, you accept the new version; if you do not agree, you can close your account (Art. 14). A person who registers accepts the version in force on the day of their registration.

Previous versions are available on request at support@intimx.ch.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, to the exclusion of conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Sion (Valais). Mandatory places of jurisdiction and mandatory rules that protect consumers, in Switzerland as abroad, are reserved (in particular Art. 32 and 35 CPC, Art. 114 and 120 PILA, Art. 15 to 17 of the Lugano Convention).

If a provision of these Terms is declared void or unenforceable by a competent court, the other provisions remain in full force.

The Publisher’s failure to exercise a right provided for by these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Publisher concerning the use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreement.
