Click "Create an account" in the header, choose the Member profile, and provide your email + password + date of birth. Sign-up takes less than 2 minutes.

From a provider's profile page, click "Book" and pick a slot in the calendar. The provider receives your request and confirms within 24 h.

Yes — from My account → Bookings, select the booking and click "Cancel". Depending on the provider's policy, fees may apply.

Each profile page has a "Report" button. Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 h.

Pick "Escort" at sign-up, select your category (women/men/trans/duo) and primary service (escort/massage/BDSM). The public profile is created in 2 steps — you'll fill in detailed info from the dashboard.

Yes — the Free plan gives access to the full directory, messaging, and all 26 cantons. Premium (CHF 29/month) and VIP (CHF 79/month) offer featured placement and advanced statistics.

The blue badge confirms your identity has been verified by our team using a valid ID. KYC files are encrypted at rest and retained per Swiss FADP.

Payments are handled directly between you and your clients. IntimX takes no commission on transactions. No paid plan is open to date; those under consideration will cover visibility, never payments.

At onboarding, a single primary service is selected. You can activate additional services later from your profile — multi-service availability depends on your plan.

From My account → Settings → Delete my account. A 30-day grace period applies: during that window you can cancel the request. When it expires, the account is closed and your content deleted. Some data is kept longer by legal obligation — identity verification records for 3 years, accounting data for 10 years. The details are in the privacy policy.

Salons, saunas, clubs, bars, agencies, and stores. Each category has its own showcase and filter set.

Pick "Establishment" at sign-up and choose your activity type (salon/sauna/bar/club/agency/store). The account is created in 2 steps — you'll add address, hours, and gallery from the dashboard.

IntimX exclusively targets the Swiss adult audience. All visitors validate the age gate (18+) before accessing the site, and most searches are geo-located (canton + city).

Yes — one establishment account can list multiple showcases. Contact support to set up multi-showcase mode.

Your establishment appears automatically on its canton page (e.g. /establishment/c/GE) and its city page (e.g. /establishment/v/geneve) once verified.

Verification of establishment accounts is not open yet. It will be in a future release; the documents required and how they are handled will be specified then.

Yes. Swiss hosting, TLS everywhere in transit, and encryption at rest (AES-256-GCM) for the most sensitive data: identity documents, verification details and KYC files. No data is shared with third parties for marketing.

The Swiss FADP (equivalent to GDPR) applies to all processing. For EU users, GDPR also applies.

Our moderation team reviews every report. Reporting abuse (malicious reports) leads to a suspension of the reporting account.

Profiles are indexed by default. From Settings → Privacy you can restrict your profile's visibility: "Contacts only" removes it from listings and from search indexing, and leaves access open only to people you have already exchanged messages with; "Private" makes it entirely unreachable. In both cases your profile disappears from search engines.

From Settings → Security → Sessions you can enable email-based device verification on every new sign-in. TOTP 2FA is coming in a later release.

Reset your password immediately via the "Forgot password" page. All active sessions will be revoked. Then contact support for an account audit.

No. Registration, publishing a profile and using the platform are entirely free today, and no payment method is ever requested. Paid plans are planned in due course. Their terms will be published before any activation, and providers who register during this period will receive twelve months free.
